Is THC glycerin/alcohol tincture more efficient than vaping?

    Im considering making a thc tincture then putting it in an ecig however from one forum Ive heard its 0.5 grams per thc tincture serving when in my vape I only use 0.1 grams - 0.2 grams per high so yh. I don't understand whats more efficient and how many grams would be per serving in thc tincture???
