Just a spot that started for a GC league and has now turned into the Fantasy Football spot.

Good luck all with the new season!

  2. let me in son, i'll be active throughout the entire season

  3. I'll roll with this as long as the draft isn't real soon so we have time watch camps. :metal:

  4. I'm in. Draft should be after second week of preseason at the earliest. Also if we have 8-10 teams it might be cool to add in a Q/R/W/T slot to give the ability to start two quarterbacks.

Glad to see so many people interested.  Any ideas on scoring settings or just standard?  And ESPN is okay with everyone correct?

Def. going to wait until after a few preseason games. Thinking around either Mid August or End of August.  We could even go until Sept if you all wanted to.

  6. Scoring is fine if it's regular but personally I prefer 6 point passing touchdowns and return yardage and touchdowns counting towards actual player as well as D/ST

  7.
I'll mess around with some settings and see what I can find.  Looks like we have at least 6 people interested now so I will wait to set a date on the draft until more people enlist.

  8. Just a PPR set up we can all go with is fine. I play a keeper league with IDP's 20 teams so simple is good ..lol :smoking:

  9. Yeah PPR is fine, I've never done it but I have no issue with it. I'm also in favor of not including IDP's

  10.
I agree not in favor of IDPs.

  11. ESPN is great for fantasy so count me in I can help you organize the scoring etc , and see who all sign up .. ill advertise it n such lol

  12. Alright thanks glad to see more people interested.

I think the basic QB , RB, RB , WR , WR, TE , Flex , K , D/ST and bench is good no defensive players

    edit--

also i think 10 teams is ideal .. I know thats a little number, maybe if this thread gets like 20 people there can be 2 different leagues cause I know I like leagues of 10 because I can get more then 1 star player as in with 16 teams its a little harder to have a solid team when round 7 comes theres players that will only score like 50 points your whole season lol all this is made up numbers but hope u guys understand lol

That's what I'm planning as of now. I don't mind starting it but if someone else has experience that might be better. I've never been a commissioner so I don't have that knowledge. However if no one else wants to I'd def be up for the job.Edit: so far we have 7 people so we shall see what that number turns into but 10 sounds good to me.

  15.
theres plenty of star players out there. I did a mock draft last night with 12 teams & there were still plenty of guys out there. Joe Flacco was the very last pick!

so if we do get around 20 teams, I think we should just stick to one league. to me its corny when theres two or three forum leagues going on with all of the regulars split up or a couple people in two different gc leagues. lets just try to have everybody join this one league & battle it out for the SHIP!

    feel me?

  16. 12 man league will have plenty of talent available. You still have more than 2 nfl rosters per fantasy team. When you get above 16 the talent stretches too thin because then you end up with some people having absolutely nobody to start during a star player's bye week, particularly if that player is a qb. You also run into bye week kicker issues and defense issues too.

    I am definitely interested.

However, what do you think about a Yahoo! or MyFantasyLeague.com Money League??

$20 Yahoo! leagues and 10$ MFL.

12 team is the standard size.  Anything smaller is just stacked teams.

  18. I think we are going to be having the league on ESPN. Seems like most people are okay with that plan.
