Too big of one, I'm not sure but it would be renamed "the bottom of my shoe spider" if I was around it.. Lmao
I came on to find the bug thread, couldn't, so this will hopefully suffice, can't ID your spider, but hopefully my little friend will lessen your worries a touch. Pretty sure I smasshed a giant brown recluse here in south lake. Those are 2 inch tiles btw.
I've been bit by a recluse before, nasty little fuckers. Didn't know what it was at first, my right bicep was half swelled up with a little black dot in the middle, next thing I know it starts throbbing. Took it to a doctor and they instantly were like "OH SHIT RECLUSE BIT" and injected my arm, after that I was fine.
So far there's been like 5 different species of spiders named in this thread. But I'm with the guy who said "too big of a spider". Yup that's what I'd call it.
You should be glad you dont live in caves in China. This is the biggest (not in mass) spider in the world. Say hello to the Giant Huntsman. With a leg span bigger than it's famous contender; the Goliath Birdeater, and it's one mean lookin SOB to boot.
Cool story bro... What's it like to live in fantasy land? LOL http://www.m.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/brown-recluse-spider-bite
I went to the doctor with a bulge on my arm and a small black dot in the middle, it was definitely a bite of some kind, doctor said it was probably a recluse and injected my arm, swelling went down after a day or so. I'm at a loss for what I was injected with and what it originally was then.
