3 of each. their feminized and there yield is good, 100 to 200 wet grams for northern lights and 300 to 400 wet grams each. there auto flowers. i was gonna grow some dank white widow but im not sure if i can grow them outside and have a good yield  the yield is supposed to be great but i'm not sure. are they good for outdoors especially where i live, Florida? im gonna plant 4 of the white wid if there good and try the northern light next time.
here's the white wid, feminized as well. http://www.herbiesheadshop.com/female-white-widow-x-big-bud-feminised-seeds-2376

help me out please. also, can i grow year round in florida? i've done it it Jamaica. both autoflower take 9 to 10 week after sowing to harvest. quick bud, and the northern lights is the shit but the white widow is danker and has a bigger yield just longer time. why not have both. write bck wid you feel back. much appreciated.

  2. you get it, 300 to 400 grams of bio diesel each plant

  3. I`d consider getting some grow pots or bags bigger then 3 gallons. A 3 gallon pot for outside is pretty small it could become root bound quite easily even for an auto. The Kelog Patio Plus soil I saw online at Lowes doesn't look to bad but once the organic nutes are depleted your going to need something to feed the plants.

  4. i was gonna put earthworms in the soil for fertilizer.

  5. Jamaican, you came to my thread asking for help. I'm all hydro man. Maybe I can get mmman or theanswer21 to come help you.

As far as growing in Florida, hurricane season is coming so that's something to think about. I too am in a southern state and humidity can prove problematic. Along with pests, temperatures in excess of 100 (f), and 5-0 has been cracking down in Florida from what I've seen. ( trying to get as many as possible before the medical bill goes to the house)

Just a couple of things to think about.

  6. alright thanks for your advice, much appreciated. can you super crop autoflowers?

  7. Use a minimum 5 gal pot for sativas. Florida get nasy summer storms and the humidity can rise through the roof. I hope your plants dont get moldy. Good luck!

  8. thank you. i hope too. still wish i could plant that white wid. guess im gonna have to smoke it off  :smoking:

  9. don't wanna put any unnecessary stress on an auto. any recovery time=loss of yield/quality

  10. k. just let it grow natural then

  11. yes. every second of an auto's life affects yield. litfa

  12. \t \tshit, but i guess its ok getting a few grams cheap, tried to find an auto that wasn't feminized. i would just keep planting.\t \tGet the Right Sized Container or Pot for Your Cannabis\t\tKeep marijuana plants small by growing them in a smaller container\t\t\t\t\t[IMG]\t\tWhen your cannabis roots don't have room to expand, it will tend to keep your cannabis smaller.
I have grown cannabis from start to finish in a Solo Cup, and the plant stayed very small, under a foot.
    Basically...
    Smaller pots keep plants smaller.
Some people worry about their cannabis getting root-bound, but that will likely only happen if you try to keep the plant alive for too long.
For example, if you're going to keep a plant in the vegetative stage for years, then you'll definitely need a bigger pot.
But if you're growing a marijuana plant plan to harvest it within a few months, then it's unlikely your plant will be affected by being root bound.
Even if you get a one gallon pot or smaller, when you get your cannabis to start flowering within a few months after the beginning of the vegetative stage, it will never have the time to get really root-bound.
[IMG]For example, I have grown several plants from seed to harvest in a solo cup container.
The plants are fine even when spending their whole life in this small container, the biggest problem is just that the solo cups tend to tip over.
Because of easy tipping, I recommend weighting the bottom of solo cups if you use them, or upgrading to one-gallon containers.
The downside... When your cannabis is kept in a smaller container, you will notice that you have to water your plant much more often than if you kept your plant in a big pot.
As long as you're vigilent and water your girls often enough, then keeping your plants in a small pot is another simple, easy way to control the total size of your plant.
Keeping plants in tiny containers is especially important when growing in a very space-limited grow space, such as growing in a computer case for stealth reasons.
However, there are even more powerful growth control techniques explained below that allow you to grow big high-producing plants, but keep them nearly as short as if you restricted their growth with a small container.
Therefore I encourage you to read about all the other growth control techniques before making a decision about what do to with your plants.

  16. That's all good info for an indoor micro or SOG grower, but outdoors it doesn't really apply. Outdoors you have an ice cubes chance in hell at getting a harvest out of a solo cup. They dry out way to fast, and outdoor plants develop much bigger root systems than indoor plants, so rootbinding will be an issue.  5 gallons is pretty much minimal for outdoors. I'd rather grow my autos in 10-20 gallon pots so I can get my worth out of them. It's just not worth the cost of seeds, soil, and time invested to yield a couple grams per plant. And I garuntee you won't get more than a couple grams off an outdoor auto in a tiny pot. They really like room to spread their wings.
