Like the username and title say I'm an inexperienced grower that is currently growing my first plant. It is currently 10 weeks 1 day old. I grew it from a seed that I got off a dime 2 months back. Planted it and germinated it in Miracle-Gro Garden Soil Flowers & Vegetables and have only been watering it tap every other day and have only used Mirace-Gro Water Soluble All Puropose Plant Food once after it was already 5 weeks old. Instructions said to use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon but since I didn't have a empty gallon bottle around I used a 64 FL OZ(2 QT) 1.89L Gatorade bottle but only used 1/4 teaspoon in that. I'm currently trying out LST on my plant and would appreciate if someone would give me advice as to whether I'm doing good to my plant or if I'm hurting it. I'm using bagties and wooden shishkabob sticks to hold my plant in a way that it bends with the help of 1 1/2 oz weight. I have also topped it and then FIMed one of the new shoots that came out after the topping. I have also removed the 1st - 4th fan leaves and have also removed the 1st and 2nd second shoots that came out because they were too small and I thought were going to be wasting energy that the plant could be using elsewhere. The plant seems to be doing good. Not much damage is visible on the plant just little white trails (snails?) on the leaves and very little browning on the much older sets of leaves. I think it has also started to display its sex sinces its shooting little tiny hairs/tendrils/pointy pear looking things. Has it started flowering? I keep it outside all day while the sun is out and take it in at night and leave it under some regular bathroom lightbulbs for most of the night and then start the cycle again the next day. Daylight in my town starts around 8 or 9 am and continues til around 8-8:30 pm. Is my plant recieving too much light or is it alright for my plant to recieve said amount of sunlight/bathroom light. Also since I have topped it and FIMed it, will it continue to grow upwards at the top and FIM area or will that only grow sideways now? On my second little grow I have two little 10 day old seedlings that I also got from said dime. I have them in a home made pot I made with two 3 liter Coke bottles one inside the other. The top one is filled with the same type of soil as my first grow and the bottom of the second bottle lets a little resevoir of water (3 inches) to stay within the bottle. It has a slit to drain excess water the the bottom of the dirt is never really moist unless the water evaporated towards it. I have also fed the same plant food to this but only used a quarter of the water in the same Gatorade bottle I had used in the above setup with only an 1/8 of a teaspoon mixed in. Both are currently shooting out their second pointed leaves (3 leafed). I'm curious as to whether or not it is a bad thing to have the bottles set up that way is bad for the plant. Same thing with the plant food. Did I feed my plant too soon? It doesn't seem to be affected since its still just growing what I would assume to be normally and don't show signs of decay or damage. Can I top both seedlings, one after it shoots out the 3rd set of pointed leaves and the other at the 4th set? Will I have to transplant the plants into a bigger pot or is the 3 liter bottle big enough for both? Help would be greatly appreciated Will post pictures in my profile.

I also don't want my plants to flower in the 12-14 hours of daylight it gets so I put it under 70watts of CFL all night and they still grow. Does this cause any stress on my plant? And will It stay in Veg?
They look good my man, the lst is working great for you. You can also, instead of just going one direction, start to almost spiral it if u need the room/to keep pot from tipping over. Plant will always grow UP unless u make it otherwise (lst) As for the trails on the leafs, im not sure but they could be slugs i guess. im just guessing. why did u remove the bottom 1st-4th nodes? normally u can just wait til they yellow cuz they almost alawys fall off anyway without causing stress to plant. They look like they could be flowering, but without a closeup i cant really tell. btw the first link u posted is mobile for me for sum reason, cant see shit on them they are like 640x480px lol
u need indoor plants to grow on a 16/8 light cycle before u transplant them outside. Or they will flower when u put them outside.
Thanks and yeah I was going to start trying to start spiraling it around the pot so it could just look like a little bush or something lol I think you might be right about that, my older brother just yesterday told me the same thing when he saw a little snail trying to climb up the pot. He said take it off or you'll get more of those trails. I removed them because the fan leaves were mostly yellow and the tips were a really crusty brown. Not to mention they were also touching the soil, which I read somewhere that its bad for them. I also removed the secondary shoots that sprouted from the 1st - 4th nodes because they were TINY and I thought that the plant would benefit more if I removed them so that it would just send nutrients to the bigger, wider sets of leaves on top. I'll post some more links to pictures tomorrow and I'll also try to get a good one so we can try to figure out if it in fact is flowering. Nope. If they are already flowering and u blast them with 24/0 lighting, they can reveg. If u got little white pistols poling out where your 2ndary branches grow from, they its flowering. 10 weeks old and a nice size u could flower it. Cant remeber if u had it inside or out though. Really high atm lemme reread what u asked..
ah i normally dont cut anything off, unless its is dead and it will pull off with the lightest tug. if that makes sence! If u wanna lst it around your pot, turn your plant so its leaning towards 9 o'clock and tie it there, anything thats sticking out past the pot, is where it should be tied. Then tie another piece to the top of the plant and attach it at your pot at 12 o'clock. Something like that. dunno if im mkin sence though im maaaadd tired. Yeah I get you lol and today I found it is flowering lol its giving off a pretty nice skunky aroma and I see TONS of little pistils coming out Can't wait til it starts growing out the buds
