for those of you who meditate

  1. meditation is key for me to be able to control my anger and stress, and i've been doing it routinely for about a year and a half now, and it seems to me that i've been able to get into deeper trances and be able to (very) briefly put my mind in another space completely, so the question i ask to those of you who are veteran in the field of meditation, or those who have done it for many years: how deep does the rabbit hole go?

  2. Ive read it can go to astro projection. Google that shit.

  3. i should really start meditating

  4. Holy crap! Astro projection?! Only have heard about that in the film "insidious" lol. I have been meditating a little here and there. I might want to make it a daily thing.

  5. The "farthest" I've gone is out of body experience.

  6. Astral plane

  7. There are many types of meditation, there are Buddhist monasteries in the east that teach several different techniques but all can fall under the scope of meditation. I myself have been able to reach a certain stage in my meditation where my body starts tingling and I begin to sweat, but the sweat is cool and it feels very fresh and clean. I think I have advanced very far because ever since I began being able to do this meditation, I have started to smell like a baby. I know it sounds weird but it's like I'm stimulating the growth of stem cells or something.

  8. I'm going to start mediating this week because it helps you lucid dream especially with wild

  9. That shit is not to be taken lightly and it's actually extreamly dangerous if you don't know what you doing; please read up on it alot before you even attempt it, I'm not religious but there are some incredibly evil beings you can stumble upon... But hey I'm just a crazy stoner :smoke: seriously tho; read.

  10. Looks fun but insanely scary at the same time. I'm not down to try that. Have you ever had an experience of this? Or anyone else for that matter? If so you should tell us about it. Did you meet anyone like a dead friend or someone a bit unsavory?

  11. that's amazing dude, what specifically did that experience entail?

  12. No I met alot of great 'spirts' or 'entities' but there are some incredibly strong evil spirts that you really don't want to fuck with, or they can materialize in the real world of you let it. I got out of that a while ago, it is realy rewarding but it can get out of control fast.

  13. I've had many lucid dreams where I've flown and floated in mid air it's pretty awesome but haven't tried this yet in gonna get on it and attempt to try it

  14. Hmmm. I dont think i will be trying that. Or hopefully not. I would probably freak out and panic and let the thing through.

  15. being in that calm meditative state can take you many wonderful places but it takes the ability to go with the flow of the moment. moment to moment..

auto writing, lucid dreaming, AP, remote viewing, aura witnessing are all possibilities

i personally dont believe there is any danger to AP... the danger that 'exists' is a manifestation of your own fear

  16. No entity can harm you, there's not malevolently evil beings that wish nothing more than to fuck with the mind of anyone and everyone. However, a fear impulse can manifest a scary environment into your "trance" and it may be possible for you to be affected by this in regular life.

I've taken everything experienced in astral projection with a grain of salt, it's extremely interesting but in my opinion I've benefited very little in day to day life from AP. I think sticking to meditiation, pranayama and yoga as well as the odd doobie is far more beneficial to one's general ambient level of happiness.

    :D

  17. How does one meditate? Just sit quiet and still and think about stuff?

  18. I too am curious... And can I do it in bed as I try to sleep or do I have to strike the Buddhist pose? Quick answers please cause I'm in bed lol

  19. How does a beginner meditate? Is there video on YouTube you can recommend? Any books?

  20. Do you meditate high or sober?
