Does.milk.cause cancer? If read an watched a lot on pro vegan diets lately, and I keep seeing a recurring problem no one wants to admit. When the study done on rats to prove "animal based protein" is bad, they give them a 20% diet of milk protein. When studying rural areas in China, they don't take milk consumption into account. They show world wide correlation between high mortality rate and "animal products" Does anyone else see Tue same.problem I do? For starters rats aren't as adapted to "animal protein" as humans are. But ignoring that fact, Caesin=\=meat. One thing all developed nation that eat "animal products" have in common is that they also eat LOTS of milk. When questing for information I found so many conflicting studies. I watched the "big fat fiasco" which proved animal fat doesn't cause heart disease. They studied rural tribes and found some of the healthiest people on the planet eat primarily red meat. On top of that the healthiest of the healthy top of the top, are the Eskimos. Eskimos eat 100% animal based foods basically (pretty much all fish) It was proven to gmo be genetic when Eskimos exposed to a western diet developed all the same health concerns as Americans. But heart disease and diabetes aside, we also have findings with cancer. But the findings are the same. Cancer is corilated more with milk then with meat. I have yet to find any scientific evidence that suggests a paleo primarily meat based diet is bad. What I actually found was this. Milk causes cancer. Sugar/refined grains cause diabetes and heart disease. Meat isn't "nessesary" A completely vegan whole.foods diet can be perfectly healthy. But no evidence suggests you can't eat a little meat with it. I think more studies need to be done.
I firmly believe milk directly causes and/or assists the cause of cancer. I think the ideal human diet are fresh, raw fruits that are granted from thriving plants, such as cucumbers, peppers, avacado, pears, strawberries, etc. (not vegetables such as broccoli/potato/spinach) I believe milk, and especially meat food, is extremely non-synchronizable with bioforms upon consumption. Not ideal for life longevity and health. I essentially think cancer originates from unnaturalness's in lifestyles. Milk, meat, headphones, cooked food, GMOS, chemical foods/preservatives, extract foods (sugars), radiowaves, microwaves, even metalic ressonance. I think that the least unhealthful meats are fish and snake meat.
Yurigada...... is it weird that every time I read one of your posts, I read it in Pinkie Pie's voice? Back to the original topic.... I agree with it. We are not meant to eat processed foods. A lot of our processed foods are high in fat, sugar, and salt. Evolutionarily speaking, humans tend to like these things because they were very very rare to find in the wild..... As far as the milk debate, the best "milk" for humans to consume would be human breastmilk. As weird as that statement sounds, it kind of makes sense. A cow doesn't drink giraffe milk.... From a pure nutritional perspective, it stand to reason that human milk would be the best thing for us concerning milk products...
Not only that. But its well established that humans drinking breast milk past a certain age is bad. Why is breast milk from a other species suddenly OK?
I don't know anything about the subject. That being said, I don't drink milk because it creates a lot of mucous in my throat that I end up hocking out. I like milk, but not what it causes for me.
what the fuck do i drink now? milk causes cancer, water appearently might have some fucked up chemicals in it regardless of itssource. Everything obviously is bad after that. I already dont drink soda or anything. I drink a lot of teas and shit, and bottled water. but goddammit it seems like everything is essentially 'bad' for the human body. wtf m8
this is the amazing post i have seen. Well written and well described......intake of everything in exceed amount causes bad effects in our body. So try to take everything but in limited manner.
disbalance in your body causes cancer... how one gets there is entirely up to them. i wonder if you can overeat soy and develop some cancerous cells...
I stopped drinking cows milk when I was 16 and have only been drinking almond milk since then. I don't care what the health benefits are though. My whole life I've been told such and such is good, and then told those things are bad. I only drink some milk in my coffee or tea though, I don't drink it for it's nutritional value.
easy solution here For starters avoid the things everyone knows is always bad. Like soda Then make sure to eat your fresh fruits and veggies Your body has defenses of it's own and fruits and veggies contain "anti oxidants" which neutralize oxidation chemicals in your blood. Basiically your body can handle a little bad if you are mostly healthy. If you eat tons of processed meats and sodas daily you aren't going to be happy when you are 40 -Yuri
