How long after fimming my girls do I have to wait before I can switch over to flower? Fimmed 2 days ago and just got my light and filter today! They are probably 2-3 months old clones and approx. 2 1/2' tall. Fimming cuts are just now showing some recovery signs. Did not know if I need to wait till I see the new growth split or if it would be ok to kick on the HPS this friday?
Wait until all of the leaf shoots from the tops are grown out and you have a set of true leaves that are complete with no missing tips, otherwise the tops get stunted and look strange, I have a plant that one top didnt grow out completely before we started to flower it, 4 weeks in and it still looks deformed
Didn't have much time to wait to flip her over gave it till nodes qere formed. My FIM cut came out awesome! Turned 1 shoot into 5 with my cut!
She survived today is day 43 of flower. Each shoot did wonderful. I ended up with 5 tops after all said and done.
