Can you clone, a clone??

  1. I currently have 12 Bubblegum clones that came from my friends mother plant. Is it possible to take clones from the clones I have once they've been vegging for a couple weeks?
Do they lose potency or any noticeable differences?
And if possible could I use the strongest clone as my own mother plant?

    Thanks in advance

  2. Yes you definetely can. You'll be fine.

  3. Could I use as a mother plant too?

  4. Yup.

    You're thinking is fine man.

  5. Thanks! I grow in soil, in 15 gallon pots. Once I identify a quality plant for a mother can I just keep it in the same pot for the duration of the time I use the plant for cuttings?

  6. Yeah I imagine a 15 gal would give you plenty of time lol. Eventually you'll wanna take a new mother.

  7. Keep the new "mother" off to one side out of direct light. It will help to slow down growth.

  8. Also, a lot of people say you should really only clone up to three generations, so a clone of a clone is ok but not a clone of a clone of a clone. Or maybe one more gen I'm not sure. You start to get weird genetic problems.

  9. perfect. One last question. I use Advanced Nutes. Should I just be feeding the mother the regular "grow" nutes I use? Or do mother plants need more due to being in veg stage londer
