  2. Entertaining video. My only problem is that all of the people smoked directly before driving. In other words, I would've liked to have seen Addy have the driving test before smoking anything (since she already had marijuana in her system).

  3. Just hearing their over the legal limit is music to my ears, a legal limit for weed is major progress.

    but still.........

  4. This shit scares me. I'm pretty sure I'm above the legal limit all the time because I'm a daily smoker. Even if I get pulled over while sober, there's a good chance they'll be taking me to jail...

  5. what kind of pole or a citizen is 24" tall?
i see seemingly sober people backing into shit all the time.

now let's imagine someone with a blood alcohol content of 5x times the legal limit...

    fun video nonetheless.

  6. The more tests run like this, the sooner more people will realize marijuana isn't some "devil drug".

  7. Why was I not asked to do this video. Very disappointed.

  8. I wanna know what addy's level was after she smoked a gram an a half. Seems to me that if a person has to be 20x over the limit to prompt a pullover, then the limit is probably a little too low...

  9. The whole mj dui thing is way overblown. While most mmj patients are frequently over that limit, not for long periods of time, plus if you're that medicated (on whatever, not just weed) you shouldn't drive. Bottom line is the police need a reason to pull you over (don't drive like a moron, easier said then done for some folks, granted) and they will also need reasonable suspicion to perform a field sobriety test. After all this, lets say they do arrest you, they still have to take you down to the station, do a blooddraw (which could take several hours, depending if they have someone at the station who can perform it, and then hopefully for them you're still above the limit. Yeah, just imagine going through all that to find out the guy/gal is legal to drive. There's is even some quotes by the Washington State Patrol saying their primary focus will still be on alcohol related dui's.

  10. Drug Testing Cutoff Levels - Workplace Drug Testing

check this chart out.Cutoff 50 ng/ml for a standard urine test up to a month after you smoke.

FAQs on I-502 | Washington State Liquor Control Board

Q: What is the DUI provision?
A: The initiative sets a per se DUI limit of "delta-9" THC levels at greater than or equal to 5 nanograms per milliliter of blood (5 ng/mL). State and local law enforcement agencies are tasked with enforcing the DUI limit.

Basically saying, sure its legal to smoke pot, but if you do, you can't drive... FOR A MONTH!!!

Yah I think to say that this limit is too low is a GIGANTIC overstatement.

  11. Propaganda. Doesn't paint anything in a particularly positive light, and does more damage than good to the cause really. It was put out by one of the biggest media outlets in America. Propaganda. Best Believe it.

  12. tryin to get addy to drive over here mayne

  13. uhhhh, i delivered pizza for 2 years.. and smoked weed while on deliveries, waiting for them, before work, after work, etc. and i never had a single problem.

got pulled over for a few seatbelt violations and 5-10mph speed over the limit but i was a pizza driver, what pizza driver isnt in a rush??

  14. There is always good scattered in the propaganda,,all three stated they knew they should not be driving,,something a drunk rarely does and all were many times over the limit before anyone made a mistake that the officer said he would stop the driver,,,if nothing else it points to the 5 nano limit is unrealistic for medical patients that dose daily.
If I was an attorney defending someone on a duid charge this would make a very good motion for the state to prove that 5 nanos actually indicates impaired driving,,meaning getting more people high and testing them,,,I volunteer.
