I saw a thread today about how a guy found a little black dot in his weed... People are saying that it's a spidermite.. And they're super rare and they get you really really baked for like 9-10 hours.. Is this true?
No that's not true. They're just really tiny spiders that are common on marijuana plants. You do not want them in your bud.
It was, newbie wanted to know why there was a bug on his weed, he also found a stress banana i think but we never got to that because they trolled him so hard. HHHAARRRDDDDDDD
Spider mites suck there's no doubt about that. What works for me is regular inspection and exposure to the great outdoors. They're easy enough to spot. The little white dots they leave after sucking the life juice out of the leaf is a dead giveaway . Normally around the bottom of the plant . Once i see a group of spots the whole leaf gets flushed eggs and all. Regular inspection doesn't let them get established. The other thing is putting them outside whenever weather permits . There are all kinds of bugs that love to snack on mites & their eggs. This program probably isn't for the guy with a major operation but for a couple plants like i do it's fine. A hand full of mites is just nature doing what nature does. Just gotta keep them in check.
