That's happened to me too! I had just finished smoking with my cousin and brother outside so we decide to come in to the house. As I walk in and make my way to the sofa I start seeing the same thing you did OP, it was like static and the ringing in my ears heightened. My brother and cousin led me to the couch (leather) and as soon as I sat down and felt the cold of the leather my vision came back and I felt my body cool off like if I had a long sleeve shirt on in the summer and took it off.
