A 37-year-old man has been charged with deliberately starting a wildfire in El Dorado County that has shown explosive growth and driven about 3,000 people from their homes. Wayne Allen Huntsman was booked Wednesday into the El Dorado County Jail on one count of arson of forest land for willfully and maliciously setting a fire, according to a criminal complaint filed by the El Dorado County District Attorney's Office.
