Obama Litmus Test For Military Leaders: They Must Be Willing to Fire On US Citizens

Discussion in 'Politics' started by AirKuhl, Jan 23, 2013.

  1. Cops shoot US citizens all the time. Why would soldiers be different?

  2. i didnt read all this non sense this guy is tripping out soldiers are people to just like cops when threatened they react on training if they feel they may die....if general so and so says kill the US civilians i know no one would fire. its just like why you thinking crazy man?

  3. Will all troops fire on civilians? No. Will some troops fire on civilians? History says yes(Kent State). Also there is a huge probability that the soldiers won't be told the enemy is US citizens. They will be told they are protecting the citizens from domestic terrorist.

  4. smh your crazy man give me a scenario in which this would happen.... lets say imagine a red dawn with a battle la look invasion of a foreign enemy i feel id be more determined to fight to protect civilians and would defiantly perform riskier actions in order to protect those who cant e defended...thats why we made an army after all.

  5. American troops have fired at US citizens numerous times throughout US history. This is really not a shocking claim at all. The military and police are no different then the gang members on any street corner in the hood. they know who pays them.

  6. Your retoric is becoming more and more posionous as the days go forward.
Other than the Native Americans, how many times has that actually happened? Kent State was a horrendous act, but I would hardly qualify the Guardsmen (from that time period) as a true well trained, disciplined part of the military. They were well known as week-end warriors (and that was not a term of endearment). Most Guardsmen and Reserves can now be called repectable units. :smoke:

  7. Well he's not a communist...yet. Right now he's just a full blown socialist! Communism follows socialism. If it was the in thing in the country to be a communist, you can bet your ass he would declare himself as one! :smoking:

  8. So do you believe he or Regean was more of a socialist? His policies have been as far (if not further) right of the Regean Administration. :smoke:

  9. I love how you say besides Native Americans. Okay well lets leave Native Americans out of it. The US Army has been used many times to break up unions and force them to go baack to work. The Civil War is another huge example. Many soldiers become police officers and shoot American citizens every day.

ICGreen lets say you were back in the military. You are ordered to seize all the assault weapons in a town after the local police station is bombed. You come on to my property, I stand on my rough with my gun and refuse to give up my weapon and tell you to leave my property. Your LT says to shoot if people resist. What are you gonna do? Let me keep my gun and get in trouble with my commanding officer or shoot me/ attack me and carry out your orders?

  10. Reagan was definitely a collectivist and in many ways socialist.

  11. 0bama for sure.

He's what some would call the anti-Christ, but I will refer to him as a tyrant.
Either way, he is just a puppet of the New World Order.

  12. The link is about former military Legionairres, not associated with a structured active duty military and considered civilians themselves.

In your scenario, the military would not be allowed to respond. If it changed to become allowed, then I would no longer be a part of that military. If I was still in that position, I would try and talk you down. I would not fire on you until you attempted to fire on another. :smoke:

  13. All these statests seem to have a text book case of Stockholm syndrome.

  14. The National Guard is not subject to Posse Comitatus. If a state of rebellion was declared in the state and the governor called in the National Guard to restore order (disarm potential American insurgents) it would be completely legal. It was done in New Orleans on a small scale during Katrina.

So your saying that even if your orders were "legal" you would not serve in a military that was being used against American civilians?

Obama is definitely more the socialist! Reagan at least brought most of the people in this country together. Can't say the same about Odumba. I've never seen the nation so divided with such hatred for the other side! The ONLY good thing I can say about Odumba is that he's the best gun salesman in history!!

  16. When the time comes, only a private militia will fire on citizens, because the majority of the military is assembled of family men and dads. There will be a line that they will not cross; unless they were brainwashed, then we're all fucked. 0bama reminds me of Ho Chi Minh, for some reason....

  17. I know about the rules the Guard operates under. You asked about if I was still in the service. Active duty falls under the President. The Guard would be acting under the Governor.

If they changed the laws to allow Active duty to be used in a military manner against civilians, I would likely be Court Martialled or receive a discharge. :smoke:

  18. Sorry dude but you're just wrong here. Obama is a capitalist. Sure he supports some socialist programs like Social Security, medicare, the public library system, public education system, etc.. but I honestly can't think of a single president who hasn't supported those socialist programs. The heathcare reform was capitalist as well.

  19. So you are defining a socialist as a divider? You may want to re-examine the division and see the true causes behind it.

Regean's policies were more socialistic tham Obama's. :smoke:

  20. Its a big map. They might get their supply depot up in time
