Today I was walking through the woods middle of nowhere about 2 miles behind my house and I come to this clearing. There is a shipping container right in the middle slightly rusted looked maybe 10 years old. Right in the middle of nothing. Its surrounded by the little trees and all the crap normally in the woods until about 10 feet from the container. On two sides there are three foot tall piles of leaves. From the entrance side there is a small trail looked like it could have been driven with a jeep but no idea how you get the crate there because there is a creek 100 yards up the creek the path has to go through. It looks like it hasn't been used in years as the brush on the trail is about 3 feet tall now. Confused the hell out of me. I was sketched the fuck out, nd didn't have the balls to open it at the moment. My dog kept smelling around and rolling on the ground near it. The only thoughts going through my head was it was used to store drugs or it was a secret entrance to a government base. I think i am going to get a friend and go back just because I have to see if it is anything or if I just found a sweet hideout. Summary: found a random shipping container in the woods, dont know wtf it is
..oh and scout it out on google earth...you can look at the timeline and maybe figure how long it's been there.
I really wana know whats in there lol.. but speaking of creepy shit in the woods, i was in a big wooded area around my neighborhood once. Way back on the other side of a little stream i saw a clearing with car tracks leading towards it. Went out there and its a big clearing even the grass was gone so it was just sand and dirt.. i Turn around and theres a huge like hunting treestand like 20 feet up. Looked homemade all out of wood and camoflauge sheets covering it up. Really hard to see until your right up on it. IDK wtf it could be for. Not hunting (at least not legally) because its like a few hundred feet from a neighborhood and a main road. Theres also no wildlife in the area. Unless the dude just likes to shoot squirrels and rabbits lol.. Strange.
It sounds similar, but yeah i actually looked and there were no hunting stands even though a bunch of deer come through there (I was following the deer paths at the time I came upon it)
I have also found and abandon building the size of a 2 car garage with boxes of halloween and christmas decorations.. and a chair in the middle lol. Near where i found the tree stand i posted about earlier

It was an hour before I got to it and it took me a half hour to get back and I got back and sunset had started and there was no way in hell i was going into the woods at night, there are local cayotes and shit man
OP you better deliver results when you go. I will be severely dissappointed if we don't hear back from you. Well just assume it was the cartels and they caught you.
Dude for the sake of grasscity you are going back there with a camera.. bring a video camera if you have one, and go with a friend, also bring a knife or something incase shit hits the fan.. Also is it govn't, private or public property? Good luck and report back
I wouldn't be too weirded out by this. It's pretty common where I live to have those things set-up randomly laying around, ready to be transported to a ranch. Or they might've taken it off a ranch and have it laying around as well. It's just one of those items you forget about after a while.
