Okay I know this should go in the grower section, but there's a lot more people here, so yeah. So, it all started with a picture of blue weed, (ill post it in a sec) me and my friend got into an argument, he thinks weed can come in ANY color depending on the climate and weather. Now, I've never seen anything past purple so I started arguing against his statement. After, I googled/ YouTube'd a bunch of different colors of weed. Nothing. So, who's right? Pink weed? Orange? Idk. Gimme your knowledge blades.
That pink shit does not look healthy if it is weed. And that blue shit looks like someone used the negative effect on their camera.
look at plushberry by tga they have pink purple and green phenotypes, each plant has their own expressions and it doesn't really affect high just looks really cool, also dont ever pay more for purple it means squat, if anything some newb grower could have lowered temps to try and get more purple out of it affecting the overall plant health and high, also some of those really blue or really purple photos are photoshopped
Weed can be lots of different colors. Marijuana comes in hundreds of different strains, which all have their own unique properties. I've seen buds on the plant be pink, yellowish green, orange, several different shades of purple and green. I've also seen weed so covered with trichomes that it looks white, and I've seen other buds that are essentially blue. Fuck go look in my pickup thread and somewhere there's a pic of a half green / half dark purple nug. Weed is colorful.
Weed varies in color. It is dependent on temp and more important genetics of the strain. Weed from Panama will turn reddish/pink in the cold. Weed from Europe/Russia can turn Blue/purple in the cold. Weed from the Hindu Kush mountain range can turn golden in the cold and due to the suns intensity at such high altitudes. Just a few examples.
These pictures have been posted here before and other blades replied with the originals. Weed can come in different colors (most commonly purple, check my pickkup thread for purple keif and purple buds), but the ones you posted and a majority of ones on the internet are just shopped.
I've seen and smoked some blackberry that was straight purple. Well, there was green, but it was like a 80% purple nug.
I've had some tree so purple it looked black, There was green if you broke it up but the entire exterior was dark purple.
