A good example of how the feds feel about busting you for marijuana sold you paid income tax on would be Steve DeAngelo,,,and a lot of other dispensary owners that paid income tax to the feds...I would ask for every penny back. PS:Is the IRS guilty of money laundering when they accept tax money paid from marijuana sales,,that is the question.
If i remember correctly. It is ilegal or against the tax code to pay federal taxes with "drug money" . That was implimented back in the 80's due to a big coke dealer paying his tax with drug money. I read about this last year and cant remember the total particulars.
I kind of think that the small cottage industry marijuana production will go unchecked but when some guy with big bucks tries to ramp up a huge grow op then the shit will hit the fan. At least for that guy.
