I was going to order the roots of some pineberries today and was wondering if anyone has grown these or strawberries indoors before?

Pineberries are a hybrid of a pineapple and strawberry. It's a white fruit with red seeds and has a mild taste of pineapple. Of course they're illegal on California because of how huge the strawberry industry is and they wouldn't want anything threatening it :/

lol theyre not a hybrid of pineapple and strawberry. thats just ridiculous.

theyre a cross between strawberries, and a wild strawberry type plant that grows in certain places i cannot remember. the rumor they are a pineapple hybrid started because of a store in the UK advertising that to get customers.

i really want to grow these too. i might order some seeds or starts or something and sell them locally. i fucking hate picking strawberries though. same goes for bush beans. fucking too low to the ground.
