  1. saw trioscapes a month ago in a really small venue with less than 30 people in attendance.
amazing show the three dudes put on.

then scale the summit came on and nailed it in a different but equally good way.

  3. I enjoy listening to prog rock of the 70's. Suppers ready by Genesis off the seconds out CD is an excellent example of what I like. Rush is another prog rock band I dig. There is a not to popular band from England called City Boy that I think is very underrated.

  4. just bought Memoirs 3.0 from Monuments :)

    MONUMENTS

    Gotta love some TesseracT.

This song is full of juicy goodness :D

Sorry..but I don't think Parkway Drive is what I consider progressive..

  8. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeBR7fZs2HM]MONUMENTS - Doxa (OFFICIAL ALBUM TRACK) - YouTube[/ame]

This album is by far one of the most epic albums I've listened to lately!

  9. Sithu aye (free on bandcamp)
    The Fine Constant
    Water's Edge
    Novallo
    Stealing Axion

  13. ^^ Reshape Reason is so sick. I met the guitarists, Julian, and the old guitarist Sean Hall back when Caves came out and burned a blunt with them, sick dudes. Even signed my CD and everything.

  14. Caves was amazing, then Earth kinda was meh. But Reshape Reason is absolutely fantastic. Glad I gave it a listen!

This is now my favorite Monuments song. The harmonic guitar that begins at 2:50 is just awesome. I got so high and that part is what makes the song a 20/10. :smoking:

  15. This band reminds me of scale the summit, AAL, and BTBAM

I dont really like electronic music but this band makes the idea really neat to me. with a real drummer and insane programming and live execution

  17. Can't believe hardly anyone mentioned opeth. Probably near the top of prog metal.
    More:
    Mastodon
    Gojira
    Baroness
    Agalloch

I know a lot more but they're not in my iPod and stoner memory.. Haha.
