  11. Heres my program for upper body -push day/pull day

    Also i take preworkout and creatine which help alot and startes taking beta alanine. If u wanna build muscle you have to eat

    Just giving you a hard time :p still got bigger arms than me if yours are 15 inchers flexed.

  16. Crazy bro, I hate doing legs but I've done twice since that post. Plus playing a lot of basketball/jiu jitsu I'll get there

  17. I used to hate legs. Then I started doing a workout plan that's 90% barbell and started loving legs. I also made sure to hit compounds exercises heavy and start working with strength rather than hypertrophy (building muscle size visually). So I stick to the 6 rep range for all heavy, main lifts. 8-12 on any fun accessory lifts at the end of a workout.
     
  18. Haven't been to the gym in months :cry: I ran miles every single day in the sand and ate so good over the summer tho and gained 10 pounds. I can never gain weight, but I've realized it's a lack of dedication, nutrition, and water consumption
