  1. yes i searched and didint find exactly what i wanted. is coffeegrounds good for veg or flowering? and how often should i use it? ive been just mixing the old grounds into my dirt every few days after my morning coffee and i think they kinda like it. also i watered them with half cold coffee and half well water and they seem to enjoy that as well. what about egg shells?:smoking:

  2. I really doubt eggshells will do anything..

If your thinking about using food around the house, try mollasses (spelling?)

Organic mollases is high in P if im not mistaken, and is a good cheap flowering fert.. I used it last year, as well as Alaskan Fish Emulsion and got 6 ounces of my only plant

  3. I make organic compost, which I mix into my soil. You add green material, such as grass clippings, vegetable bits, male plants, weeds you have pulled up, and brown material, tea bags, coffee grounds, dead leaves, potato peelings, etc, etc.

Mix them all together and leave to rot for several months, turning often. The compost is done when you have a dark powder, you can´t recognise what the components otiginally were. So coffee grounds are useful, but not fresh ones.

And a lot of people do add eggshell as well.

  4. thanks guys but my main question was is coffee grounds good for veg or flowering? or both?

  5. coffee grounds are high in nitrogen dont use during flowering

  6. Use mollasses for flowering! or just go out and buy an organic flowering fert..

  7. You put molasses on your plants and you will just attract ants and other bugs. Buy an organic fert for flowering, or buy a fert for tomatoes, they are high in P and K.

  8. hey fly, you seem to know your stuff. greenonly told me to get Heavy Harvest fewrt. i got the 10-20-20 last week. i also just started to bud. is OK?

  9. Higher P and K will be just the business for flowering. Good luck.
