a little backgroun as i know drug test questions have uncountable variables. im 18, 5'7 about 155 lbs. pretty good metabolism. im on papers and got a warrant for not reporting even though it was my stupid p.os fault for not answering his phone to make appts with me. anyway, after i got outfor my warrant, i quit smoking. i have court in the morning. i have about 34 days clean . should i be clean? should i dilute? diluting can count as a fail in some cases (bexar county SA,tx btw) anyone?

Word. Stay safe. Next time just eat the case. Fuuuuccckkk probation. Lol. They stole like 5000 bucks from me, plus a year of my life, plus 30 hours of community service and I still sat in jail for like 30 days.

until you know for sure the terms of the probation; and have a good grip on how it works I wouldn't risk smoking, your PO has the right to call you in for a test whenever they want. Besides, its hardly even worth it to just smoke for one day then quit again, much better to just get yourself used to sober life; Id assume interrupting that with a random smoke session would just make it that much harder to quit again and get back in the groove of that non-smoking life.
I'm at about 7 months without smoking (i get randomly tested, about every two weeks or so, so theres no way for me to "beat" the system); and once you adjust to the absence of bud from your life things are pretty easy and time goes by very quickly.
Also, if you don't risk fucking up, and never violate your probation in any way; you have a good chance of being eligible to terminate your probation period early. You can motion to do that whenever, but its recommended to serve half or a little over half of your sentence; then bring it up with your officer. Thats what I did; and she immediately agreed to early termination even though i slipped up once and forgot to show for a meeting
All that has to happen now is for my lawyer to push some paperwork through, and for a judge to approve it, which with the probo officers word it would be rare for the judge to deny your request.
