Hello,

I am responding to a letter I received from your office regarding two traffic tickets I received in Jan. '11. The letter said that I was found guilty because I failed to answer the tickets. There has been a misunderstanding, and I can assure you that after March 27th of this past year, I did not receive any notification from your office regarding any type of hearing. It was something I was looking for after an appearance at Traffic Court on March 27th where the judge told me I was to appear again on May 21st. ((sigh)) I live by a few rules in life, and one of them is this: I don't listen to cunts, regardless of what their job title says.

Enclosed you will find a copy of a letter I sent out a few days after this incident to various people in New York state. One Senator encouraged me to stand up for myself and take action. Unfortunately, I do not have the resources. Besides, I spend my days working on a theory that will benefit the sick and needy, something it seems nobody in New York cares about. Thats fine by me, but I refuse to be treated in such a manner, and feel the judge's actions warrant much more attention than this fine that has been handed down.

To recap, the way things stand right now, your office has a better chance of looking out the window and seeing pigs flying to a hell already frozen over than to get me to pay one single cent of this fine. In the other letter, I explain how I am willing to work off this fine, but it won't be through money. What happened to me was wrong, and if I run the risk of pissing people off with this letter, so be it. I happen to believe my work is more important to the people of New York State than this monetary fine. If my attitude makes you think I am unfit to call myself a New Yorker, then please, start the paper work and kick me out. But do so publicly...who knows? There might be another state that might be more than happy to help get the Santa Movement started

With many smiles,

I still don't understand what you're trying to do with Santa clause? Are you trying to make money off it or something?

So here's what's going to happen. At some point your failure to pay your fines will result in a bench warrant being issued for your arrest. You'll also lose your driver license and will not be able to renew it. IF you get stopped by an LEO for any reason you'll be arrested and sent to jail. After that you'll probably get another hearing in front of another judge who might find you in contempt of court.

In any case you're going to do some jail time.

And no, they won't care about you or your beliefs. It's all about the money with the courts, if you don't have the money you'll do jail time. Hope you're ready

Jail Time...HA HA HA...So what? The Santa Movement does not get started without me...This is something people on GC can agree with...Whether you like the idea or not, its whether turning Santa into a tool for charity is good for society. I believe it is, and if takes me going to jail to get this started, that is fine by me. But seriously...How many times did a cop tell you, or anyone else for that matter, that they were "the most impressive person they ever met in their twenty years on the force"?

I want to use Santa money for good, but also help me live on a megayacht. Why? Because that is how the "real" Santa roles. LOL!!

This past week, I saw an ad for Captain Morgan's Black Label. I have an editor of a bartender and drink magazine interested in working on the Santa Claus drink contest, so this idea is fresh in my mind. So, I sent them an email asking them if they want to get involved, and even offered this suggestion: The White Beard Label. HA HA HA. This idea made me laugh out loud, which is the only reason I contacted them. They got back to me, and asked for more info...Really not sure what I am going to tell them.

The point is. so what if I am a few bricks short of a building. Being able to ask every single industry known to man to get involved in the Santa movement can be kind of fun, but would do so much good for others.

I fucking smile every day. This is getting fun again.

you really make no sense, what do you mean a tool for charity? Im pretty sure santa clause is already used in that aspect and why are you the only one with rights to santa clause? Dont you think these companies can just use the widely recognized image of santa clause without your permission?

No, Santa isn't really used as a tool for charity. Sure, some Santa shit does go for good causes, but that is probably about %10. As a guy who spent three intense years as a real bearded Santa, I find that depressingly low and am doing my best to change it. Santa belongs to the people, and I just think the image should be used to help the sick and needy. My goal is to set a precedent, and let the public decide. I mean, shit...we do it with the color Pink...wny not do it with Santa?

how is this a bad idea? or do you think the phone calls to the house begging for money, or people coming to do the door from some "charity organization" asking you for help...Fuck that. I don't believe in that shit. Salvation Army's use of Santa, having a guy ring a bell and beg for change, was awful. Mall Santa is creepy and disturbing, and I think Pub Santa will benefit society more.

But hey, I could be wrong, and might just be wasting my time. As far as the issue with the judge. I am not sure why people think this woman can't be a screw up judge. She made a comment regarding my "mental illness" and did something really inappropriate. Some pepple walk on Wallstreet to protest...I ask for apologies. LOL!! If you can't enjoy this shit, I am sorry. but its pretty funny to me
