Every once in a while when I refresh a page here, I get this warning:

Posted Image

It does it on both of my computers. Anybody know what's going on? I guess if it blocks it each time it's not a big deal. :confused:

well, you have some malware installed that is trying to access that URL when you visit certain sites.
the URL in question is untrusted.

The URL is trying to track your web usage to report to 'someone' using a script related to something in a page you are refreshing/loading.

script source pulled from the URL::

/* Copyright 2010 Cedexis Inc. */ (function() {var s = new Date();if ('object' === typeof window.radar) {window.radar.stoppedAt = s;} })();

use the noscript add-on for firefox and you won't have to worry about it.:wave:

I didn't understand any of that, but I installed the add-on anyway. I'll see what happens. Thanks for your quick reply. :D

I have no clue what I'm supposed to do with the no script add on. The settings don't make any sense to me.

it isn't a GC site URL in those images you have shown...the address link[s] the antivirus pop up is showing are from a different site....

so no, it is NOT the gc site causing your worry...

you have to pay attention to details...

I know it has nothing to do with GC, but I also notice my Avast doing the same thing, but it only does it in certain threads in the General forum. And not any any other website... hmmm

Report the GC page giving you the warning so the mods can track what link to ANOTHER site is causing the problem...

there is more than one person reporting it so far, but the culprits are links to other sites, not the GC site itself.
