Job is making me depressed

  1. Now your getting it. Chin up, eyes on the prize. Now you just need to stop using the term stress. Stress is a word that encompasses an idea that is incomplete, stress is just stress and we are indoctrinated to believe whatever the cause there is rarely a solution. As well as it becomes an acceptable excuse for depression, lashing out, lack of motivation or energy. Stress is the worst patsy ever. Instead of saying "I'm so stressed out" which is an excuse, say "I'm so unfocused". Do you see the distinction? Mind over matter, instead of giving yourself an excuse with no solution, give yourself the ability to break your walls down on the inside and find the cause so you can better yourself.
