For me my favorite steak is a T-bone medium rare or flaming mignon medium well. Of course they have to be cooked over mesquite wood chips.
Rib eye steak, mid rare When cooking steaks at home I usually do mine 3min on each side, And 5min on each side for the girlfriend!
I perfectly medium New York Strip with a nice coating of salt, pepper, and garlic. God damn delicious. If I didn't just munch down a pizza I would be driving to the grocery store to pick one up
Sins!! I never got the filet mignon thing. Texture is secondary to flavor, for me. Filet mignon has the texture down... but where is the flavor man! A1 is also... Ill stop there. Im a prime rib guy or a nice rib eye will do just fine. Rare to medium rare, no further. I am also partial to london broil and porter house.
There is a world renowned butcher shop that makes their own marinade and its delicious as fuck. Like if i had to have a last meal. It's definitely coming from that place. They are expensive as all hell but even their flank cut steak is delicious. Take it home and throw it on the grill for medium-rare and holy fuck are you in even.

What's the best steak to pan fry? I'm limited on space and cant grill. Don't wanna spend money on a george foremen.
Has to be blue (Raw) pretty much warm the bbq and let it sit in there for a few seconds...with a flip.
