I was just informed my landlord will be coming in my apartment on friday, 4 days from now. U can shrink my grow into my closet for now, but there working on the ventilation. Any tips for keeping everything conceiled? I think it will be ok other than the smell as im running a carbon filter now that will need to be relocated.
A few pointers on this issue will be apreciated.

unless you are a legal mmj patients, you risk the landlord calling the cops on your ass for growing pot on HIS property...
that out of the way, an idea;
all lights off, no fan running, put the stuff into cardboard boxes (not little boxes for shoes, big boxes for moving a fridge or tv) and tape them shut, put boxes in closet or corner of room away from any vents...if this is a few days of the 'work' then you need to box up the stuff and relocate to someones house for the duration so as not to stress the plants.

yeah, sounds scary. Im going to do what i can, but the plants will be hiden well, its all the bulky ass growing equip that will be hard to hide. Maybe my walkin closet will do. are they aloud to go into closets that are locked?

landlord can enter any area of his property after you are notified he will be doing so to work on the apt...egress is also used for those needing access that do not own the property..
BUT experience has been that if there is no reason to get in the closet, they won't. make sure there are no vents or ceiling tiles/doors in there and it should be ok. to help keep smell in, use foam weatherproofing tape (don't use it's sticky side, just some scotch tap to hold it in place for the temp need...and let teh door push a rug/pillow at the bottom to close off any air gaps....be critical on the finer details of how smell can permeate from the closet and you should be ok.
Good luck.

he has a contract with an hvac company that inspects the ac, and heating every year. He works out of town and ive followed the golden rule to a T. Nobody knows. and i only have 6 plants plus 3 moms. I have just put about 20 clones in the aero cloner so those i will just get rid of. He has no need to go in the closet but who knows about this guy, im a big fan of being thorough.
After my lights turn on friday, im going to let them water once (flood and drain), then load these 6 small flowering plants in to the res after i dump it. put the top on it and stack it in a corner with some other bins on top.
Ill tear my tent down and pack it up, hide my reflectors under the bed and restore all the ducting to normal. My plants will get an extended dark period but hell i dont think it will hurt and im willing to lose all the plants in order to keep my cover.
My closet is usually the flowering area, so ima throw some jackets on the rack and try to get it as normal as possible. he will NOT find any plants but tucking away 2 magnum hoods and a 3x3 flood table should be interesting.

if he tries to go into the closet, tell him your love doll is in there and you'd rater not have him look... and if he still tries, tell him you just finished in her mouth and she's leaking... I've grossed people out and shamed them to do what I want....
do what you have to do to get threw this... consider moving

Hes doin my apt. and the 2 others attached so it should only be an inspection of the furnace taking an hour or so. The spot i have is sweet and i always thought that any rental property would require some kind of inspection now and then.
