Reggie in Moisture Control Miracle Grow

Discussion in 'Outdoor Grow Journals' started by tekman, Jul 19, 2012.

  1. Heres my plant, I started of with like 7 now im down to 2.
I used Moisture Control Miracle Grow soil from Home depot and perlite. Nothing else. I water everytime it feels like a long time 3-5 days.

The first leafs died on one of them and i pulled them off. But when the seed first sprout and those two leafy things died a long time ago on both of them.

Should I top them now? And do you think that I can grow to harvest with this soil?

Good start bro, looks like shes ready for some full sun, and maybe a little more soil mix...get something airy and peat based, and mix it with 15% wormcastings, and bury her up to the first set of leaves...you can bury the round garden leaves.

  3. Yea like OldPork said, Put it in a bigger pot( a three gallon should be good being we only got 3 or 4 mnths left in the season), get some more potting mix (the kind with ferts allready in them work great), Or get some mix, dig a 3 by 3 hole out in the ground, pour your mix in transplant, then watch it take off(Best Option). Anyhow good luck with everything, Peace

  4. Okay thanks you guys, the bottom leafs has started to turn yellow and die, i dont have the money to buy diff soil and pot right now.
What do you think I should do?

  5. Okay I transfered one plan into the ground about 2 weeks ago and its growing and has a thicker stem. Its a female i finally went to go check. When I look at my plant I see flyes, orange and green ones not many but they land on my leaves all day. Some leaves have little speckles of brown. How do i keep my plant healthy and little cheap items. Im excited will take a pic after someone reply..or sooner
