I really like Jeremy Renner. Hopefully they don't fuck this one up.

I haven't heard or seen much about it. But I'm angry that they are making another. The bourne identity was a book first. There are only 3 books. Not 4. They had a completely different writer come in for the newest books. The original bournes were written in the 80's. The new book was written a few years ago.

I agree with what you said, but this is a rare case where I think the movie will still preform well and be likeable. Jeremy Renner is a good actor and is currently maybe a higher profile actor then what Matt Damn is (whats the last movie he has done that has preformed well in the box office? Renner was in the adventures and other big movie recently). Ed Norton's presence in the movie also gives it validity in my eyes. Rarely when a change is made in the main character does the movie get high profiled acting with skill. The budget for this movie is bigger than the first two movies and just slightly smaller than the last bourne movie.

I think this movie will be the exception to the rule.
