Would this work? You get a water bottle bong, or a hard plastic container. Then you get a wine pump and a rubber cork and pump while you burn the bowl. then you take off the cap and squeeze the rubber cork while inhaling. Then maybe the pump would already have filled the chamber. And then you get a huge hit, because you don't have to waste your lung capacity filling the chamber. I gotta try this.
