Materials
dryer sheets, activated carbon, tape, paper towels, and a notecard.

Step 1: fold the notecard into a cylinder and tape it together.

Step 2: cut off a corner of a dryer sheet, place over end of cylinder and tape it.

Step 3: make two small balls of dryer sheets and shove down into sploof.

Step 4: fill remaining 3/4th with activated carbon.

Step 5: put a few balls of dryer sheets and/or paper towels and insert into sploof to keep activated carbon in.

Step 6: tape the other end of the sploof so that you tape over the mouth peice.

Step 7: (optional) take a ballon and slide over end and tape the entire sploof.
The idea is that the smoke fills a balloon and for it to escape, it has to travel back through the sploof. you can also pinch the ballon and exhaust where convenient ( out a window, bathroom exhaust fan).

you can just use a toilet paper towel roll and rubber band

this is for a pocket portable one.

What i use is a chapstick bottle with holes drilled in it at the bottom, stuffed with cut up pieces of dryer sheet and a screen so the small pieces don't come out.

Why would you want one in your pocket, they stink so bad.
