wondering if its too early

Hello this is my first grow ( also its legal ). I am wondering if my plants are too small to start LST? I am supplying a picture to get an idea of how big my cabinet is, but its about 3ft high, 2 feet wide, and 1ft or so deep. I want to do LST than transfer over to a SCROG to really maximize my yield, considering its a cabinet IN a closet lol. If anyone thinks it is too early to start please let me know, or if anyone could direct me as to which stems I should start on? I believe my plant is about 3 weeks old? She is a Black Water from cali connection.

I have fimmed the very top stem only once about 2 days ago! I am also running three 23w 100w 5500k CFL's. That is the best my home depot had right now and it is still causing heat to go up to 87 some times, over all averaging between 82-85 though

Went ahead and tried it with hanging wire, also fimmed 2 lower nodes

Anyone have any tips?

i suggest getting those lights wayy closer

You are doing a 'legal grow' and using only 69w cfl???
