I NEED HELP ASAP!!

first i will tell you my set up. i have a veg room with a two foot florecent tubes one is a 20w grow lux the other a 20w soft white with two cfl's one being a 25w soft the other a 25w daylight. my temp is a constant 77 degrees with humidity ranging between45 and 50 the PH of my soil is 6.6 to 6.8 i am using standard potting soil with about 30% perlite. with a small fan to keep air moving ( not directly blowing on babys but it dose move them a little). i do not have an EC meter and i am using reg. tap water i let sit out for a day. i also am using GH products the lucas formula for seedlings with my mix being a little weaker then recommended. also two were clones that were just starting to flower as you can see. the other was also a clone that was all ready rooted my lights are on 24/7

MY PROBLEM

my growth is VERY slow with my new leaves having the center leaf grow very large with the others almost non existent. also my leafs are tacoing upward. is this problem due to high ec levels??

First off and foremost, how far away are your lights? Secondly, you're using way to many softwhite bulbs. That's 2700k spectrum. You need to get the 6500k daylight bulbs for vegging those plants mate. :-)

I thought floros and cols gave off very little to no heat at all. But my floros are about an inch for the one and two to three for the others. And the cfls one are both several unchanged away. I am aware of the spectrums this set up was just to get the clones started I have another veg room with a 175w mg I was going to put in that room on Monday but I wanted to sort this problem out before introducing to more intense light. Thank you for your help. Care to respond more m8

In some of the pictures your tips are yellowing which is a sign of nute burn. However upon looking closer I believe you have a Phosphorus deficency the reason I say this is because your new growth is deformed. I would reccomend giviing your girls 1/4 stregth fert that is high in Phophorus. As for the leaves pointing upwards that is a sign of overwatering or your lights being to far away. Unfortunatly I cant see your lights to make that assesment but your CFL's should be 1-3 inches from the tops of your plants. Best of luck I hope they recover.
