Where I am its been raining pretty heavily 4-5 inches every day for about 4 days now and its expected to continue raining through next week.

4 of my plants are flowering will this be a problem? Will this heavy rain have an adverse effect on the final product?

Watch out for mould. Try and shake them dry after it rains or something, not sure what else you can do.

nothing you can do unless you're nearby , shake the colas off after the rains.
