The title basically explains this thread...where should a person who is an anarcho-capitalist chose to live? Obviously nowhere is perfect but where is the most libertarian?

And I'm not really talking about countries but more so along the lines of towns, regions, cities, etc but if their is one country that is specifically libertarian that would be good to know as well.

Thanks for any replies...rep will be given of course :smoke:

Good question, I'd like to know the answer to that one myself.

Although I must admit Uruguays recent pursuit of legalization is sounding pretty tempting...

Not exactly Libertarian, but at least it's a step in the right direction. :D:smoke:

Good luck with that. If there's anything Mainers hate more than the government, it's 'outa statas'. :)

Nah man I'd rather it be economically libertarian rather than weed be legal. Where ever I live I'll always smoke weed no matter what the law is, but you can't exactly do that with a business haha

Colorado doesn't have shitty laws... I don't really pay attention, but I'm pretty free.

We have our share of Liberal Protesting

I do like their weed laws and the geographical setting, however please don't confuse libertarian with liberal hahahahaha

Hmm interesting...I was speaking worldwide though, do you think the US has the best places to offer?

Haha that's not what I meant. I'm a libertarian myself. I just meant we are politically educated and involved.

We aren't like some bible belt state where we protest with bible in hand.

no it's cool man. I mean like we aren't a stupid state. Full legalization is on the November ballot, so if we've come that far, and we're the 'skinniest state', then obviously we're doing something right, both politically and socially.

The more ya keep talking about it the more I'm starting to like it haha. Plus I'm sure up in the mountains I wouldn't be bothered too much if I lived out of town instead of in a city or town.

And fuck man switzerland sounds pretty awesome as well. I'll have to check that out.

True, I know RP has said they have lots of liberty...

But I think I've seen another video with him talking about it there, this one is kinda short, and doesn't go into any detail.

I for one, really feel like it may be time to leave the US shortly, with the most likely outcome in November looking like another four years of Obummers, I'm just not all that sure that even Colorado or New Hamshire will remain all that free by 2016, short of one of them seceding. But if it came to that, I don't doubt Obama would have the military start murdering citizens of the state/s that are planning on doing so just like Lincoln did.:(

I'm sure even if the state of Colorado votes to legalize, Obummers will send his police state thugs in to enforce the National drug policy. Big pharma will be tugging a this purse strings a bit too much. They cant have states thinking they can get around their monopoly on legal drugs like that!;)

Many cities in Colorado are starting to use local currency and phasing out the U.S. dollar. Getting off the FED teet is a major step for Libertarians. Plus there's relatively lax gun laws. So if you decide to stay in the states, that'd probably be the best place.

But Tripace has a point. Unless we seriously get shit together within the next few years, it could get really bad here. I just wish Switzerland wasn't so damn cold.

Yea I've watched those vids from Adam...he had a couple more as well. They are HUGELY far from perfect but I suppose they're a start for sure.

And I love the cold so I could probably deal with CO and then maybe vacation to Cali in the summer for like a week or whatever...wow that sounds like a chillin ass life actually lol
