Any sort of legalization for Indiana?

Discussion in 'Marijuana News' started by Lycosa16, Jul 4, 2012.

  1. I searched the forum and came across only two threads for Indiana, and of which are pretty old.

So on that note, does anyone have some information on any sort of legalization for the state of Indiana?

  2. Fat chance, where I'm at we still can't even buy alcohol on Sunday... I would put money on odds that IN will probably be one of the last states to put forth legislation

  3. There is two house bills that are waiting to be voted on. One for medical and one for decriminalizing. They are planning on voting after the election.

  4. I live in central indy. And I sure hope they legalize it soon. We already have top economy in the country. Countless impossibilitys with a tax on marijuana. We could improve a lot more than we are

  5. cannabis saves lives...i hope they legalize it there soon.

  6. I live In Carmel bruh I hope they do it. But Indiana is pretty conservative.

  7. there are already bills in the process, the voting is being delayed until after the presidential election.

  8. I live in Evansville . EVERYONE smokes here , you just gotta do all you can , make a Petition I guess .

  9. Indiana. I lived there forever. And then I moved to Seattle. Wow- I'll never go back. You should just leave. Go east or west- just go :p

  10. ehhh, you're 2 feet away from us Chicagoans..once we get our legal processes going I would think some of our neighbor will follow suit soon thereafter. It really is just a matter of time before its everywhere and commonplace and I believe that is as close to fact as can be. ;)

  11. Fuck Indiana. I live here for now (currently moving to Ohio at the start of May) and I got arrested for .8th of a gram! THAT WAS ON THE FLOORBOARD! Indiana wanted to make ALL amounts of Marijuana a FELONY! Can you believe that shit?

You mustve had a dick cop or a crap attitude when he pulled you over.

Indiana is becoming more and more lax with herb. More headshops are popping up, better glass is coming in. It is bringing money into the economy and they know it. Just like the big government knows it. What did they make that first MONTH it was legal and taxed? lol.

I have been pulled over and caught with weed more times than I can count and remember, and I have never been arrested. Sure, most of the time they will take it. But I have even had comes tell me to "keep it at home" and leave it with me  ((of course, Ive only been caught with up to about a half oz))

  13. You probably live in a better community or a terrible community where they have better things to worry about. I live in muncie. So everyone from the age of 18 to 24 looks like a college fuck that they treat terrible.

  14. Ya Indiana blows for getting caught with weed... I did 90 days in jail over one joint they also wanted to give me a felony over cause it was my second time being caught with it... First time I was 18 with just a couple of roaches... I did get it reduced to a misdemeanor....

Nope. Always right in the middle class... (if thats still considered a thing lol)

I have been caught in Ft.Wayne and on every side of Indianapolis.(Literally from ghetto situations to white collar) I am 27 now so this was in my "late high school/college" years when you would think I would be arrested...

  17. There's a hemp bill moving through. Medical or decriminalization can't be far behind.
