So I had a big glass jar with some buds in it in a backpack. I was skating home and got hit by a car downtown SF (lol stupid fucker). anyways i picked out the big pieces of the jar and dumped my weed from backpack to another container.

My question is;
any way you guys can think of to get all the glass out? I got alot of the big pieces, and i know its just glass so i could smoke it with it and be fine...I'd just rather get it out

I'd imagine you could filter your smoke through water and be okay, but I am no expert.

I wouldn't risk inhaling glass, do as much research as you can before you potentially cause severe damage to yourself for just one high.

this. preferably use something with more than one filter (aka ash catch/perc) and dont inhale too hard. should be glass free. glass particles should end up in the bowl or water. be sure to clean really good either way.

i already got the nugs out. it was the bottom of 5lbs so its mostly shake. got up after flying over dudes hood and almost losing my skateboard to another car...all I wanted to do was smoke a joint lol.

well I assumed that the glass wouldn't go anywhere as long as i didnt suck the bowl through at first...

then I saw the glass that was like a sand - so I was a little worried, but then I started thinking, you smoke it out of glass...so as long as I keep the glass from entering my body/lungs im good? thats the main concern right? I dont have to worry about fumes from the glass if it wasnt tempered? it was like a mason jar not a nice dispensary jar or anything

I'd smoke that shit no problem. If youre worried use a bong but I'd pack a pipe or even roll a J with it. I'm always finding weed in my carpet in my room, under the seats in my car, my garage every where and I smoke all that and whatever it picked up. You'll be fine, just be happy you weren't hurt.

Just smoke ur weed in a joint or water pieces, and you shouldnt be able to suck anything thru. Also dont worry about inhaling glass fumes lol.

Idk, I would assume it is fine but I have recently heard shit about silica in hash (more of a problem in Europe) and people spraying weed with glass to make it look kiefy..not that it happens a lot, just that when it does it can be very dangerous.

Use caution. You should get money from being hit by a car, right? Is buying more an option? You can probably sell it off cheap to someone (after of course telling them the truth about why it is so cheap).

I can always get more. buying is not so much an issue. And I wasnt worried about glass fumes just didnt know if mason jars were pre treated with something shady?
