Yep...been telling the story of card gaming kiddies hurting the mmj patients for some time, tried to warn the little liars...well, here it is kiddies...proof it is used as ammo to block progress to get mmj in other states, as well as to reverse the progress made in mmj states...way to go kiddies, way to go...

http://www.nytimes.c...ner=rss&emc=rss

“Most often the individuals who are visiting these places have obtained sham doctor recommendations for really no purpose other than to engage in the recreational use of marijuana,” Laura E. Duffy, the United States attorney for the Southern District, said of the dispensaries.

...hats off to the kiddies wanting to get hold of mmj despite not qualifying, so they lied to get a rec/card...you have set things back a few years with your lies, your deceit has screwed us all ...way to go...you created the most damaging evidence against mmj that DC and the DEA could have wanted...

Well, let's see..hmmm...the blame is there because it is deserved based on referenced information...what do you base your opinion on?
My post is referenced, to show the blame is deserved...well deserved.

Please reference where you get your perspective from...since when was blaming those that referenced information implicates directly, wrong?

But ya, lets all sit on our asses and do nothing...that sure has worked out well hasn't it..

Profiteering and lying-ass kids. Legalize and take the money out of it.....and make the age limit 21. Or, as I am going to present soon to city council - allow a single dispensary in town and require patients who wish to use it to register at the police department and get a photo ID.

regardless of whatever card gaming bullshit the other side uses as an excuse to prevent legalization, what needs to happen is that we encourage and spread truth and principle, reminding people that none of us have the authority or right to tell others what they can or can not put into their own bodies, if these correct principles are once again common in this country, thats when mj will no longer be a thing to debate, until then there will always be the fight to regulate or prohibit, both of which have no place in a free society and as long as we support one or the other then there will always be abuses on both sides of the spectrum

He didn't say it's wrong, he said it won't do anything helpful. Besides posting an article on a forum is not that much different from just sitting on your ass.

Blame the users, gotcha.

I mean, don't blame the government making and enforcing the laws though.

Have you read some of the other articles in the New York Times? They are a propaganda outfit for the elite, they lied about the Iraq war then admitted right your face they were wrong years later after everybody was gun-ho to get USAMA in Iraq and prevent them from getting Wm-d's. The the fedz are going after medical cannabis either way dude, :bongin: they think its just as dangerous as other street drugs. :poke:

Isn't it funny, though, how folks lying for prescription/synthetic/chemical meds, don't seem to be hurting that industry... instead, it's growing, and it's easier than ever before to get on pills of almost any kind.

In fact, it's actually pretty hard to walk out of a doctors office without a paper giving you permission to buy a chemical of one kind, or another, even after a regular check-up.

The kids scamming the system do set us back, but they are truly small fries, in the big picture. :(

Posting information on a mmj forum works very well to get the word out to others (derp)...ohhhhh, and then being part of the last 30 years worth of effort that helped get decrim and mmj moving...ya...pointless work, meaningless efforts...isn't that right skippy...

no worries..your true colors are evident...enjoy the efforts of myself and others working selflessly to get mmj to everyone, if not just legalized...you keep spreading your hate while doing nothing, let us work towards the legalization goal for you...

ya..the scammers are a small percentage for sure..or I keep hoping. problem is..Even the smallest flame of it is used as proof of a major forest fire against mmj...

If they want to lie, scam, game the systems, they will do so...but for fucks sake, keep your mouth shut, don't brag, don't act like a dumb ass brainless stoner...keep it to yourself, don't divert the mmj, don't post about your lies and diversion online...I know it will happen no matter how strict the rules get...kids still walk into stores and buy tobacco and alcohol with fake ID's...but it sure does help if the illicit crap is kept off the radar...so as NOT to tarnish the the mmj image, and roadblock legalized herb.

ya..I have a passion for this cause ;)

Wait. How the fuck would they know you're lying. They can't prove you're not feeling stressed or that your back doesn't hurt

You know when they act like a true, lying sack, punk-ass kid by saying something like "How the fuck would they know you're lying. They can't prove you're not feeling stressed or that your back doesn't hurt". I can tell by your post alone that you are probably in your teens or very early 20's.

So she can tell if you need it or not? Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the only person who KNOWS what your feeling is, you?

Just because someone can look healthy on the outside, doesn't mean they're the same on the inside.

Now i'm sure there were/are people who did/do this. But I don't think its as big of a factor as OP is making it too be...

Remember, this is a government worker saying this, so you gotta remember its going to be exaggerated x100. Kinda like how marijuana is "addicting" and a "gateway drug". And how the War on Drugs is working

This thread is meaningless.

You've told us nothing but that a US Attorney said something. That something is going to be said by nearly all opponents of MMJ. You haven't made a compelling argument against anything, OP, despite the ganja hero you consider yourself to be. This is awfully flimsy stuff to be getting all self-righteous about. If we've learned one thing by being a part of this community, it's that even following the rules doesn't guarantee that we'll be left alone by our opponents. At some point, movements must also converge, as cannabis should be legal for recreational use. Don't pretend some ill-defined group of irresponsible stoner kids is fucking up your party.

I am in my teens, and am probably more mature than you. No one can prove that you struggle sleeping, or that your not extremely stressed. Both of those are valid reasons to get a MMJ card, so I repeat, how the fuck do they know you're lying? Obviously people cheat the system. They do it to get codeine etc too.

This thread has informed many...including your kiddy ass..being disrespectful over your self centered desire for legal mj doesn't help anyone...

Let's hear what YOU have done for legalization?
Well?..what's that, nothing huh...oh well..kids will be kids.
Have fun with your teen angst...hope it doens't cost you or others.
