Okay so starting around December, I would get FPS problems in League of Legends. After around 15 minutes of playing, it would drop to 3 or 4 fps. It would stay like that for around 5 minutes, then go away for around 5 minutes, then come back. Even after always turning my setting on Very Low, it would happen. I thought it was just LoL, so I reinstalled it and everything, and then tried updating my drivers, but nothing was working. And now on every single game that I play, whether it be the browser game BeGone, or Minecraft, or any type of game that I want to play, I get these damn FPS problems.

Could anyone help me with this? Is it my graphics card? Or just my computer? I have Windows 7, so it's not like it's outdated.

Also, I also have a problem where my fans get VERY loud for around a minute every once in a while, even with just Chrome open.

If you need any extra info about my computer to diagnose or help me solve the problem, just ask. Thanks in advance!

How the hell do we know if its your vid card if we don't even know what it is?
Specs please

Edit
Those loud fans could be due to slight overheating. Most stock cpu fans are complete Shit. Odds are if you bought the system pre built it has a shitty video card or a built in one.

Definitely need to know what parts are in the computer. But, a preliminary diagnosis would be that your computer is starting to heat up quite a bit, most likely your CPU, since the thermal paste most manufacturers use is shit. That's why your fans get loud.

Download a program called HWMonitor, and either save a log for us, or let us know what temperatures it is registering, if any.

Just because you have windows 7 doesnt mean your PC is outdated.

Likely you have low fps becuase of an integrated gfx card that just sucks. lol.

It could also be you PSU not having enough Wattage to handle your vid card and processor under a full load or if it has no new parts then it could be your PSU going out as well.

So it worked before December? What changed? Different parts? New software?

On a hunch though I would go with the overheating idea, your PC will throttle down your CPU and GPU if they start overheating to avoid burning a hole through your desk to the center of the Earth.

Clean your case fans, filters, and any other dust bunnies you can get out, reapply thermal paste. If it's overheating this should make a difference right away, otherwise it's still good basic maintenance anyway.
