  1. Hey fellow blades. Im just wondering if any of you guys. Watch TheHodgeTwins on youtube. They got some good workout advice. Also can be funny.


    Just wondering if anybody else checks out their vids.

    And to think these guys are almost 40 :eek:. I hope that I'm in that good of shape when I'm that old.

  5. i stumbled across one of their videos the other day and ended up watching like 9-10 more of their videos, they are pretty funny except when their lookin' at the camera all weird in the beginning of the videos, I didn't really get it

    but they did have their moments like the alligator video was pretty funny
     
  6. Yeah they diffinently got some good ones. I just watched a couple of their newer ones. This one is funny but it is long. Not a whole lot of workout advice in this one but its good.

  7. Yea I was kinda suprised that their wasnt a thread on here talking about them. Hopefully with time more people will chime in.
     
  8. I've been watching tmw for a while now.

    I like lui marco's videos too. If you like tmw you like the physiques of greatness with Chris Jones. That dude is funny

  10. I do. Been watching their videos for like a year now.

    I gotta say they are funny as fuck, also their other channels are pretty good!!

    But.. they arent the most serious bunch, so for some real workout advice I prefer other channels, I watch the hodgetwins for entertainment.

    Some channels I suggest are:

    Physiques of Greatness
    CampbellFitness
    Luimarco
    BigJsExtremeFitness

  13. Hell yeah man, Its always good to get a laugh out. But also good motivation and advice with most of the videos. Thanks for taking the time to post in the thread.

  15. Yeah they have some great advice and they crack me the fuck up, i've learned quite a bit about nutrition and things like that, they have really good workout advice I trust there knowledge

  17. Haha Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to post! Yea man I found out about them awhile ago, And I searched here and they didnt have a thread so I thought I would start one and see who else has seen them. Funny as shit.

  18. Is anybody else trying if?

    I thought it was a neat concept. It's hard for me to stop eating once I start, so if I have breakfast, my breakfast will have 3-400 calories but ill snack on another 2 or 300 right after. It was hard for me to get hit my macros everyday snacking like that.

    This way all I gotta do is wait till a certain time and I can eat almost as much as I want, of course its all good food but still, its hard to eat 2000 calories in a sitting of clean foods.

    I started it on Monday so I haven't seen any significant changes. It has made eating easier though so ill take that.
     
  19. Man I probably will once I hit where I want to be but I have a long ways till then.

    In one of their newer videos they say you can go without food for 48 hours before your body starts eating your muscles.

    But Yeah Im about 5'11" and 146 pounds, I have about 50 pounds I gotta put on before I start IF.

  20. I watched it they've pretty much just been talking about if for a while now haha.

    Yeah man i feel you on waiting. I don't burn fat nearly as well as you haha. I'm 5'8 155 and I'm happy with my weigh I just gotta put on muscle. So i figured is give this a try cause most everything I've read says you can add muscle with minimal fat gains.
