Obama forcing U.S citizens to have a GPS microchip implanted!

Theres been a bunch of hype on Facebook and websites saying a bill was just passed saying by March 23, 2013 all U.S citizens must have the chip implanted. Is this real? Im looking on google but cant find any reputable sources. Whats everybodys thoughts on this if it is true?

I dont know google it. Alot more websites than just FB are talking about it. I came across it when somebody was questioning if Canada would follow with the bill aswell. The chip has your personal info, address, bank info, criminial record, GPS, ect.

yea ok there dude as you can see smart meters are being applied to households and you can do fck all about it that is one way of monitoring your movements.
