Im not sure what your question is ? Do you mean your not sure if it can do both Veg and Flower? if so Then it has a little blue spectrum meaning it can be used in veg without to much stretching. Just becareful with those sativas they like to try to reach to moon.. and You should have that 400W at a minimum of 10-12 inches away it looks like you have it waaay to far away

Anyone think putting in a 600w when flowering would be beneficial or maybe a bad idea? Just a query if anyone has any thoughts..

Well considering 40 quid is roughly 60 usd and here a setup (electronic ballast, hood, eye hirtilux bulb) will rn 3-400 Usd, hell yeah its worth it. 600s are comparible to 1000watters, except they can get closer. Many people, myself included, use them exclusively.

It was a sun grow 600w hps for £40 but I know my lighting system can do that okay justif it was worth maybe swapping the bulbs at flower time? I am going to save up as I got made redundant last month and get the eyehortilux setup for my next grow just don't have all the readies here to part with cheers for helping out

The fan seems to be giving the plants a bit more stability which is what I was looking for so happy days I was also gonna ask how much excess water should be left on the tray after watering I am using aeropots but there seemed to be a lot of excess in the drip tray draining out from the soil would anyone recommend less water or is this okay? Cheers folks happy smokin
