Best way to lose weight while smoking every day?

I've been recently gaining sooo much weight from constant high rides going to McDonald's with my boyfriend. He continues to stay in good shape even with eating all of the fast food while smoking and I'm just gaining so much weight. How can I control my munchies so I can start losing this weight? I believe Ive gained 20 pounds in the last 5 months. :(

Stop with the fast food! That stuff is a killer, find something healthy and delicious that you also like to munch on while stoned! Stay away from the McDicks salads they have more calories then a burger!

#1. Eat healthier at McDees <if you must continue McDees>. One of their grilled chicken sandwiches with light mayo goes well with one of their 99 cent side salads with fat-free dressing.

#2. GET A DOG! I was 230. I'm not 170 and I'm sexy and I know it! Having a dog <the bigger the better> forces you to go walking or RUNNING every single day. I run 12 miles a week. It's hard, but I do it and I feel greattttttt!

And it's not like I don't eat. I eat healthy during the weekdays, but Friday night it's all about pizza, beer, chips and vagina! <yeah, I eat that too, haha>

I already stopped fast food and soda I'm cutting all of that out. What I'm asking is what can I do to take my mind off of eating while high? I was thinking about smoking taking a mile walk and then go right to bed.

Hmm. Weed sex? LOL. Um. Wow. Not thinking about food when high. WOW. That's hard. Um... start smoking, lol? I use e-cigarettes and it helps me stay away from food because I'm using my mouth for something.

Their salads have sugar in them. They also add salt to it. So you will buy that drink. What you really need to do is workout if you wanna eat that stuff all the time. I know you said you stopped eating that and soda.. It's good to have your carbs. So your fry's.. Is a good thing now and again. High carb diet is usehally for people who want to exercise the next day. That's why if you have a big football game or running a marathon people will eat spaghetti. You need that starchyness..

But not all people burn them the same. I can't gain weight for the life of me.. Unless I eat meat everyday. I have Hyperglycemia, so I burn calories like *that. Everyone's body is different. You don't have the same body type as your boyfriend. It seem's your man burns it off fast. He has a high metabolism. Your isn't as high as his.

You need to look at yourself as an individual, Not others. You will never be the same as one person. But try to workout more. Not just walk like you said you were. You need cardio. Jogging. Anything that makes you sweat a lot.

if you have the munchies, eat nuts and berries. that's what i do.

i usually eat a few handfuls of roasted almonds and dried cranberries/mangoes/strawberries/blueberries. or an apple or 3 :yummy:

i'd have to say that snack is far better than 95% of any snack you can buy at a grocery store. just saying.

don't want to treat her like an obese lady, either. right?

basically you need to eat the right amount of calories per day, depending on how much weight you want to lose. you also need to proportion the carbohydrate, fat and protein with those calories as well!

I am with you Illadelphin, I make trail mix for snacks, it is healthy and yummy!
I still smoke cigarettes (I know, I know...) and drink coffee to, I do not recommended it for anyone but they are great appetite suppressants lol.

i have a 4-5 pound bag with my own "trail" mix that i eat whenever i'm stoned or not and don't want to make a big meal.

it's so good! cashews, almonds, flax and sunflower seeds, peanuts, raisins, a litany of dried fruit and berries, granola, a little drizzle of honey. mmmmmmmm :yummy:

The trick is to eat stuff that fills you up while not having lots of complex carbs and fat.

Vegetables are very filling. Don't even have to buy individual veggies, buy one of those bags filled with assorted shit ("Italian Vegetable Mix"). Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread and bagels. Chicken/tuna/ham are good sources of protein and will get you that full feeling quickly. Humans need fat too but better to get it from things like peanutbutter and olive oil than bacon and butter. Fish has lots of good fats but is expensive. Nuts are good for you too (HA!)

If you eat a whole wheat sandwich with peanutbutter and banana slices and drink a glass of semi-skim milk you've got good carbs, fat, potassium, calcium and a little protein, and I bet you won't feel like eating for 2/3 hours. If I eat a McDonalds cheeseburger I want another one in 30 minutes.

It's a shame shitty food is so cheap :P
