im wondering what lights to use for indoor growing im on a tight budget too so help me out guys tell me what lights are good for growing ?

Compact fluorescent. Soft white for veg, warm white for flower. 125w (real watts, not equivalent watts) min per plant.

You'll want at least a 750w for a 4x5' area. The GE Lucalox PSL/XO HPS is the best light I've encountered for indoor growing and comes in a 750w size. You'll need strong airflow to cool such a lamp and should get a good centrifugal fan to manage it.
