All it takes is one country to pioneer the path for other countries. They'll see how well Uruguay profits from this decision and hopefully it'll happen in more and more countries in the future.

Btw, isn't Portugal the first? As far as I know, all drugs have been legalized there. Or were they just decriminalized?
