I was thinking the same exact thing after I watched the video. It's amazing that the actual thought of someone dying in a accident from telling the truth is a probable outcome with the amazingly twisted system we have. Let's hope he is able to stay up and at to gain a few more reps from other states with the truth of knowledge in hand.
