So I had a slight dispute with Cyclone and they decided that I was in the right.
They were very friendly throughout the entire dispute.

Anyway, as an apology they sent me assorted items, here is a pic, I am VERY happy. A lot of the tubes have 2 in them plus all of those papers! I am not a heavy smoker so this lot should last me about a year lol

Every company sends you free stuff/compensation if you have a valid reason as to why they should.

Not hard to come up with a scenario and tell them it happened to you :P Been doin it for ages.
