got a real stumper here. no one at the grow shop or anywhere else has been able to tell me what this might be ( mind you i live in norcal, so they have some experience ). the problem has started at various stages, sometimes at the end of cloning cycle, sometimes during or at end of veg cycle, sometimes not until flower. it has happened to the mothers too. i'm including pics. the basic background is this:
soil
strain=The Purps
botanicare nutrients
temp in veg 75-85; humididty can bounce between 40-90; running t5
temp in flower 65-75; humidity 50-65; running 1000W
air flow is good
ph is checked at every feeding 6.1-6.5. runoff has been checked and is consistent. have tried flushing but with little improvement

the leaves start off sort of barely folding in at the edges, then they become an unhealthy pale color almost yellow/gray. usually it stops/recovers about half way down the canopy and generally once in flower it doesn't continue to wrinkle or turn leathery but the affected leaves then turn into claws. yield is definitely affected i feel. also, strangely it doesn't always hit every plant in the crop, though usually a majority. also oddly, it has never crossed into other strains though just today i noticed a Grape Ape mother starting to show the first signs.

any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! starting to feel a little crazy. happy to provide more info or photos! thanks!!

...what kind of soil are you using? ...how long did you let the plant grow before you hit them with fertilizers? ...I've only used botanicare's, "Sweet" so I'm not too familure with their other products....are they synthetic (salt) based?

Thats light burn. How close is your light to the plants? and is there a fan blowing on the canopy.

Same thing I'm thinking 1000 watt bulb throw off a lot of heat and its not affecting the lower half of the plant. Raise your light and think about a vented hood.
