Caretaker 215 card????

Hey everyone my buddy and his wife have 215 cards here in California. They dont have space in there home to grow their medicine and I have plenty of space. I don't have a 215 nor do I smoke marijuana. They asked if it would be ok if they used one of my rooms and they would post their cards. Is this legal in California if they don't

Not necessarily I believe you'd be safer getting your own MMJ card. There are too many clauses and flaws in the federal and municipal laws for you to do such a thing. In fact, if legal growers are busted they can still be charged under federal law in some states. Don't know where you are or what your circumstances are though.

Edit: just noticed you saw you're in Cali, that's the worst for it. I'd say get your own MMJ card, save yourself the jail time, then apply to be their caretaker.
