#1 thing you hate about your car?

i thought this could be fun. i was just thinking about how i love my car over all but i hate one and only one thing about it. im sure everyone has at least one thing they hate about their car whether it be a physical part of the car or perhaps something that comes with owning the car (like if you have a 240 everyone just assumes you drift).

state what you drive and why you hate whatever it is that you hate.

i drive a 93 sc300 and i hate the motor. yeah thats kinda the heart of the car so it would make sense that i would hate the whole car because of that but the over all feel of the car is just perfect. everyone else in the world gets the good motor with the car. they all get the 1jz-gte where as in america we get the shitty non-turbo 2jz. this motor has like 220hp which isnt terrible but in a car that weighs 3400lbs it is. on top of the low hp/ton this engine is terrible on gas and requires premium unleaded...

i wish i could afford to do a swap but im poor as fuck...

i mean the car is beautiful and it has a lot of potential. its chassis is so good that when toyota made the mkiv supra they just used my cars chassis. my car is essentially a non-turbo supra.

This is a tough one! I love my baby (2000 mercury mountaineer) but she's kind of a gas guzzler. So I guess I hate that.

Theres other shit wrong with it like the driver side door handle has broken off and the radio display doesn't really work. I can fix that myself probably.

My husband takes it to work every night and leaves my car trashed... he has his own God damned car, he can fucking take that if he wants to leave shit all over the place... but its MY car, I'm letting you use it, take fucking care of it. I like my shit clean, I hate having to move trash to the side so I can fucking sit down. If you use another persons vehicle you should at least take care of it.

96 S10 and I hate the size, its an extended cab and I cant fit more than 2 people with my sub box in the back . So I hate the smallness of the passenger compartment. On the plus side shes amazing to hot box, so i guess ya win some ya loose some.

motor sounds healthy though thats for sure.

#1 thing i hate about my car is that is has 141k miles on it. i wish it had about 100k, then it might be worth investing in a turbo kit. dont wanna slap a turbo on a car with that many miles though, shit will start breakin =[

idk about that gen eclipse but earlier in the tuner cars thread i posted a video of an sc300 with 314k miles on it with an ebay kit beating a camaro. now i would never use any ebay parts on my car. especially turbo's. my friend has an rb25 powered s14 and he had an ebay turbo on it for 2 weeks and it broke...

My Bronco, I hate the gas mileage and how loud it is. Its not the exhaust or anything, it just does not have very good soundproofing so you can hear everything outside of the truck. As for my Civic I hate the fact that the previous owner was a dumb ass and left it multi colored and with rigged wireing. I recently found out though that with a little paint thinner and elbow grease the spray paint comes off revealing pristine OEM paint underneath! As for the wireing, thats gonna take me a while.

I have noticed that elbow grease always does wonders when working on a car, can't get enough of it.

i have '10 altima, so really nothing to hate on except one minor thing. it's not a fucking manual!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanted a manual so bad, but couldn't find an altima that was a manual. Well except those sexy 2 door 3.5L ones, but i need a 4 door bigger car for my baby, that was the whole point of this car. So yea, minor thing. It has that little faggoty fake manual up and down shift. That's garbage though

The "fake manual" is called triptonic . Only thing i hate about my 88' blazer is that my sub makes the fucker rattle like hell, and my amazing 8mpg. 7.4l v8 FTW
